Where is my gift card?

Thank you for your product feedback! If your study offers a gift card reward, your gift card will be emailed to you from letshighlight@customer.rybbon.net in 1-2 weeks after the study deadline has passed. Please check your Spam and/or Promotions folder if you cannot locate the rewards email in your Inbox.


Reminders:
  • Please be aware that your gift card will expire if not claimed within 90 days.
  • If you did not complete ALL tasks required in your study, you will not be eligible for the gift card reward.
  • Kindly understand that not all our studies have gift cards associated with them - it depends on a variety of factors such as trial period, time and effort required, etc.
