Why did I disqualify from the Opt-In Survey?

If you disqualified from an Opt-In, then:

  • you did not fit all of the specific criteria for that study
  • OR we filled the maximum number of spots for your age/demographic, etc.


We understand how frustrating this can be! Keep in mind that sometimes a brand wants feedback from a very niche audience, and depending on your profile and preferences, you may or may not be a perfect match.


As a growing company, we're connecting with more and more brands that need critical feedback on their products. Given that, we don't have a concrete answer on how long it will take for you to qualify for an Offer. We know it's a bit of a waiting game, but as they say, good things come to those who wait. We're grateful to have you in our Highlighter community!
