We understand how frustrating it may be. Happy to shed some light on the process! When we think we have an Offer that you'd be a match for, we'll add it to your account and notify you via email. But depending on your profile and preferences, a variety of variables, you may or may not be a perfect match.

As a growing company, we're connecting with more and more brands that need critical feedback on their products. Given that, I don't have a concrete answer on how long it takes for you to qualify as every Offer is incredibly unique--truly, anything can happen! I know it's a bit of a waiting game, but as they say, good things come to those who wait. Grateful to have you in our Highlighter community!
