If you are locked out of your Highlighter account, it may be because you did not complete your survey(s) before the deadline. 


During every study, we send participants multiple email reminders emphasizing the importance of sharing feedback in a timely manner. Timeliness is one of the cornerstones of our program, and we have strict guidelines in place to maintain the quality and timeliness of our program for our brand partners. 


If you believe this was a mistake, or there was an extenuating circumstance that prevented you from completing the survey on time, we would love to hear from you.
