I'm locked out of my Highlighter account

If you are locked out of your Highlighter account it is because you did not complete your survey(s) before the deadline. 


We had sent you multiple email reminders emphasizing the importance of sharing your feedback in a timely manner. Timeliness is one of the cornerstones of our program, and we have strict guidelines in place to maintain the quality and timeliness of our program for our brand partners. 


If you believe this was a mistake or there was an extenuating circumstance that prevented you from completing the survey on time, we would love to hear your side.
