I received a Bonus Points offer but the points aren't in my account

From time to time we will offer Bonus Points to help us meet a tight deadline. If you received an email notification offering additional points on a study, the points will not automatically appear in your account. These points will be manually added after the study has closed.  Please allow 1-2 weeks after completing your final survey for points to appear in your account.
