How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please contact our support team by emailing support@highlighters.letshighlight.com or submitting a support ticket. Include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Highlight account
- A request to delete or close your account
We will process your request within 5-7 business days and confirm once your account has been removed.
Will I lose my pending rewards if I delete my account?
Yes. Deleting your account will remove access to any pending gift cards or rewards that have not yet been claimed. We recommend redeeming any outstanding rewards before requesting account deletion.
How do I unsubscribe from Highlight emails?
If you only want to stop receiving emails (without deleting your account), you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Highlight email, or by sending an email to support+unsubscribe@highlighters.letshighlight.com.
Can I re-join Highlight after deleting my account?
Yes, you are welcome to re-apply to the Highlight community in the future. However, your previous history, rewards, and profile will not be restored.
