I see an error page when trying to log-in to my Highlighter account

Sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble! Please go to app.letshighlight.com and select "Already Have an Account" (you do not need an invite code), then Sign in with Google

Then, try the following (these suggestions usually do the trick): 


  1. Clear our your cookies/cache
  2. Use a private/incognito browser
  3. Use a different browser than the one you are currently using (Google Chrome vs. Safari) 
  4. Log-In through a different device (mobile vs. computer) 


If the suggestions above do not work, then please send us a screenshot of the error page you are seeing! We look forward to getting this sorted out for you!
