To update your name or phone number in your account:

1. Go to app.letshighlight.com
   
   
2. Log in to your Highlighter account
   
   
3. On the upper right hand side of your screen, click My Account > Settings
   
   
4. Under Settings > Basic, you can update your first and last name and change your phone number
   
   
5. Click Save Basic > If you updated your phone number, this will prompt the phone verification process

To update your home address in your account:

1. Go to app.letshighlight.com
   
   
2. Log in to your Highlighter account
   
   
3. On the upper right hand side of your screen, click My Account > Settings
   
   
4. Under Settings > Address, you can update your home address
   
   
5. Click Save Address 

Please note: We do NOT ship to PO/CPO boxes. You must provide a STREET address. We are currently ONLY operating in the United States, and do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

To update your email in your account:

We can change the email associated with your Highlighter account, as long as it is a valid Google account and is compatible with our platform. We currently only support Google Sign-in for security and authentication purposes. Please reach out to us at support@highlighters.letshighlight.com with the email address you would like it changed to, and we will be happy to help!
