Do I need to schedule a delivery? 


Pallet shipments require a scheduled delivery using this link. In addition, for all deliveries (including pallets), you need to input delivery information including the expected delivery date and tracking number in the Procurement Tab. 


Packing Boxes for Highlighters


What types of products can Highlight box and ship?


Highlight supports a variety of customers shipping shelf-stable, perishable, frozen, and refrigerated products. We support a range of sizes including small, medium and large boxes (examples include small items like razors, a bag of chips, or larger items like a coffee maker).


How does Highlight typically pack Highlighter boxes? 


Boxes can include standard padding options like bubble wrap, butcher paper, dry ice, or gel ice packs. All boxes will include a customized insert or an outline for the project.


What options does Highlight provide to re-pack or re-label products?


Highlight supports re-packing products in unmarked boxes or bags, depending on best practice. We also can add new labels to blind or cover branding.

How long does it typically take for boxes to get to Highlighters? 


Highlight’s recommendation:

Shelf-stable → Ground shipping (3-4 days)

Refrigerated → UPS 2-day

Frozen → UPS 2-day or overnight
