Inputting your Products

Modified on Wed, 17 Apr 2024 at 06:22 AM

Inputting each product that will be tested is an important part of the project set up process.

To begin, press "Add Product" in the Products space.

From there, you can input all relevant information about the product(s). Some fields are required and some are optional. Please fill out as much as you can, including the optional fields. The more info the better!

There are four categories of information related to the product that Highlight needs.

  1. Warehouse Information - This data helps us identify and classify your product. The name and category are basic information that is required for all products. If your product is blinded and you’d like to attach an alternative name or code to it, there is a space to do that below in the relabelling section.

  1. Product Processing Information - This data helps ensure the packing and processing of the product is correct.

This information helps the warehouse know how to process and pack your product. It will tell them if they need to blind or repackage any of the products or if the products need to be shipped refrigerated or frozen. For more on what types of products the warehouse can process and ship, click here.

  1. Recipient Facing Information - This data will be shown to recipients. Ensure it matches what you want them to see.

The only required information in this section is the allergen information. However, the more information the better! This will be helpful to Highlighters as they seek to learn more about the products they are testing.

  1. Product Return - Does this product need to be returned? If so, you will need to provide the return address.

That’s it! Contact Highlight if you have further questions.
