My box arrived damaged and I can't participate

We’re sorry to hear your product(s) arrived damaged — we understand how frustrating that can be.


If you received a box with products that are not usable, please still begin your surveys as normal. One of the first questions in each survey asks about the condition of your product. Simply select that your product is fully compromised.
