Please do a simple google search with your tracking number to see the status of your box. 


In rare occurrences, a package may have gotten lost within the sorting facility. If that is the case, not to worry! We will simply remove the surveys from your account without penalty. We've got your back and appreciate having you in the Highlighter community!
