Congratulations on completing your study! Here's what to expect when it comes to receiving your gift card reward.


How long does it take to receive my gift card?


After completing all required surveys for a study, your gift card is typically issued within 7-14 business days. Some studies may take up to 4 weeks depending on the review process.


How will I receive my gift card?


Your gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your Highlight account. Be sure to check your inbox, spam or junk mail folder, and Promotions tab (if you use Gmail). Gift cards are usually delivered by a third-party rewards platform called Rybbon.


I completed the study but have not received my gift card after 4 weeks - what should I do?


If it has been more than 4 weeks since you completed all surveys and you have not received your gift card, please contact our support team. Include the following: your name and email address, the study name you completed, and the date you submitted your final survey. We will investigate and follow up with you as soon as possible.


I lost or cannot redeem my gift card - what should I do?


If you are having trouble redeeming your gift card, please contact support with the details of your reward email and we will do our best to assist you.
