We recently made an update to our incentive program. As of 5/1/2026, all projects will have a specific point value assigned to them - even if you don't qualify!
The number of points will depend on the the type of study (digital test or in-home test) and whether you qualify.
Your points are tracked in your Highlighter account and are added as soon as you complete the study.
Points will continue to accumulate. Once you reach 1000 points, you are marked as eligible to receive a $10 gift card. Gift cards are emailed on the 15th of every month (or the nearest business day.) Stay tuned as we are working on ways for you to redeem yourself, right from your Highlighter account.
When you receive your incentive email, there are a variety of gift cards from many major brands for you to choose from including (but not limited to!):
- Amazon
- Target
- Starbucks
- Sephora
- DoorDash
- Visa
- Mastercard
- and many more!
