We understand that life can get in the way sometimes! Your survey will remain open for you to complete even if you are receiving overdue notices, so no need to request an extension on a survey. The survey will remain open until you complete it or until the study ends, whichever comes first.
If you are unable to complete the survey before the project deadline, we are unable to extend timelines as our product tests are on very strict timelines.
If you are unable to complete your surveys before the deadline, please reach out to: support@highlighters.letshighlight.com to let us know in advance so we can make a note in your account. This will help avoid any issues with your account being frozen.
